English: Jeanneau Rush 31 is a 9.20 m monohull sailboat designed by Ron Holland and built by Jeanneau in France. The Rush is a cabin cruiser for cruising/regatta, rigged sloop. In the summer of 2022, the boat was taken out of the water, painted, anodes replaced, varnished inside, installation of new hoses, filters, oil, and new decanter diesel, polished the hull, changed all the vinyl and ropes, revised the pulley of the rigging, from above the mast and reviewed absolutely everything. The sails are in good condition. The last time out of the water was in 2023 for an additional hull check—Polish FLAG. 

Includes GPS, Radio, depth sounder, and Ray marine autopilots. 

It is a good boat and an excellent opportunity to buy. It is a simple technical-level boat without frills, with all the basics. It is perfect for family enjoyment or someone who wants a fun boat to sail. The current owner is selling it for personal issues.

En verano 2022 el barco ha sido sacado del agua, pintado, cambiado ánodos, barnizado interior, instalación de mangueras nuevas, filtros, aceite, decantador nuevo de gasóleo, pulido del casco, cambio de todos los vinilos y cabos, así como revisión de la polea de la jarcia, desde arriba del mástil y revisó absolutamente todo. Las velas están en buenas condiciones. La ultima vez afuera del agua fue en 2023 para una revision del casco. BANDERA POLACA. 

Incluye GPS, radio, sonda y pilotos automáticos marinos Ray. 

Es un buen barco y una buena oportunidad de compra. Lo bueno es que es un barco sencillo de nivel técnico sin florituras con todo lo básico y es perfecto para disfrutar en familia o para alguien que quiera un barco divertido para navegar. Es un muy buen barco pero el proprietario lo tiene que vender por problemas personales. 

Accommodation

El sofá de estribor se convierte en cama de matrimonio.

Captain Cabin está de popa a estribor, detrás de la mesa de juego.

Cocina con dos hornillas. 1,85 metros de altura libre.

Mechanical and Rigging

English: Estimated engine hours: 600. The engine is new from 2004, a sole mini, and is impeccable. The seller calculated that there would be no more than 70 hours of Tiller steering system per year. 

Two batteries are from 2017 and in 2024 have been changed the oil, and new sealing of the exterior methacrylates
