Broker Remarks

Beautiful Ketch year 1979 lying in the Balearics Islands. The teak deck was entirely restored in 2022. Spanish registered list 6a.

This lovely Sailboat has remained in the owner's family for over 40 years and has always been taken care of. The owner is selling this gem because his husband passed 2 years ago, otherwise, she will keep it. The boat has always been taken care of and has remained in the family for the last 40 years or so.

The standing rigging is in perfect condition as well as the sails that were replaced in 2010 for new ones. New sales like the ones installed will last years, 30, 40 years, or more. 

The boat has been used as a charter in summer, so it has always been serviced and is currently in perfect condition and ready to sail.
