Introduced in 2002, the Bavaria 38 was a J&J Desing design and was an update to the highly successful Bavaria 37. The Bavaria 38 is a cruiser with a length of 11.91m and a beam of 3.87m. The movement on deck is comfortable and safe thanks to the large flat surfaces, the solid handles and the centring of the shrouds. The teak coating is appreciated and recently renovated in the cockpit, and the grey Sika Flex gives it a more modernised environment.
It has a complete bimini top with extension to the mast, awnings and spray hood, all in excellent condition.
She is a boat maintained with extreme care and a detailed record of everything done to it. She presents an unbeatable appearance both inside, as cover and engine. Ready to navigate and enjoy 100%.
The interior layout is unbeatable, with three large double cabins, a spacious living room with a laterally arranged kitchen and a spacious full bathroom.
She is currently with the Belgian flag but possibly returning to the Spanish one.

The boat has a Volvo Penta Engine DS-55 of 74.8cv, a powerful engine for that length. About 1100 hours are estimated for the engine, and its condition is impeccable, with all its revisions up to date. The propeller (2021) and the two batteries (2020) are new.

Jeanneau Leader 36 Sport Top Version any 2018; ella és nova! El vam vendre el maig del 2022.

Aquest Jeanneau Leader 36 es va posar en servei el juny de 2018 a la Costa Brava, amb un sol propietari de nou i només 95 hores en els motors; sembla nova. El vaixell és d’alta especificació, amb més de 50.000 € d’extres. Aquest fantàstic paquet de vaixell PREMIUM és per a una vida de luxe addicional a bord amb els motors de les més altes especificacions, Volvo D300. Un dels grans extres és el teló rígid elèctric. El Leader 36 ofereix una cabina còmoda, possiblement transformant ràpidament el seient posterior en una bonica zona per prendre el sol. Molt fàcil de manejar amb Joystick, el Leader 36 és especialment adequat per a creuers curts amb la família o els amics. Dotada d’un magnífic casc en forma de V dissenyat per M. Peters, presenta un disseny esportiu dels dissenyadors Garroni.

L’abril de 2022, el vaixell estava al pati amb antifouling, les unitats de propulsió de l’hèlix Volvo estaven sent reparades i el casc sencer del vaixell es va polir per a una presentació excel·lent. Amb matrícula britànica, és una excel·lent oportunitat per comprar un vaixell en perfecte estat i llest per gaudir.

Dos motors Volvo Penta D4-300 Joystick 2×300 CV Dièsel amb només 95 hores.

L’abril de 2022, Volvo va fer servei a les unitats de propulsió de l’hèlix seguint el seu protocol, i els enginyers de Volvo van fer servei als motors. Una característica fantàstica és el sistema d’acoblament de joystick de Volvo Penta que us ajudarà a conduir ràpidament el vaixell a l’amarratge i al pati. Flaps Elèctrics Lenco.
