Broker Remarks
The Oceanis 320 is a wonderful classic sailing yacht aimed at the family cruising market. Fluke is a much loved yacht and has been well looked after over the years. She is based in Lefkas in the Ionian.
Survey
There is a recent survey 2020 and she has had a considerable amount spent on her last year to meet the recommendations in that survey. Full details are available.
New additions post survey
New chart plotter, depth gauge, new anchor locker access cover, chain, anchor and windlass with both a forward and a cockpit control, a new dinghy and a secondhand, but in perfect working order outboard, new wiring and control panel, new batteries, new navigation lights.
Sails and running rigging
She is equipped with a furling headsail and has recently had a replacement mainsail fitted. The running rigging, halyards and clutches have been replaced and all run back to the cockpit to enable single handed sailing.
Hull and topsides
She has been regularly antifouled and had her hull treated last year. Topsides have recently been polished.
Engine
The engine has been serviced regularly and the fuel filter and piping have been replaced this year. The engine mountings were replaced in the last two years and she had a new propeller and prop shaft fitted this year.
Internally
She has a main cabin with a double berth, a double berth fore cabin, a double berth aft cabin and heads with sink and shower. Hot and cold water to heads and galley sinks, the water pump is new and most of the piping has been upgraded. A galley, with an oven and two burner stove and two sinks, and a fridge.
