Hallberg-Rassy 312 Mk II Yachts Sold

Hallberg-Rassy 312 Mk II sold

The Hallberg-Rassy 312 Mk II was introduced in 1986, becoming one of the finest on the market.

Hallberg-Rassy 312 Mk II recently had been re-equipped and upgraded professionally.
The first noticeable difference is the port lights, which got larger and moved up to the superstructure on today’s Hallberg-Rassy range, which gives a brighter saloon and a more incredible feeling of spaciousness. A new superstructure raised the headroom from 1.83 m to 1.85m. Now includes new teak decks, toe rails, deck hatches, and an improved working area. The original engine was a replacement for a Volvo Penta D1-30 diesel engine. The hull was epoxy-coated, and a new electronics suite was in the cockpit—electric anchor windlass, Side-Power bow thruster, holding tank laminated hardwood to tile. The toilet got separate and not all over the boat’s beam as on the previous model, and added a shower basin into the new toilet compartment. Recent mainsail, new spray-hood.

This Hallberg-Rassy 312 Mk II was a trendy model with over 650 boats produced and still is an incredible yacht capable of blue-water cruising.

This is a magnificent example of the ever-popular HR31. Halberg Rassy is renowned for its ability to build robust boats that sail and handle well. This is as good as they get and with the best specification imaginable. We have plenty of photos – please call,

Jeanneau 39 DS Yacht For Sale Sant Carles Marina Spain

Sant Carles Marina Tarragona Spain

A Spanish Marina in Catalonia, Sant Carles Marina Tarragona Spain

Sant Carles Marina is owned and operated by MDL, a British leisure and resort company. The only Marina they own outside the UK is a treasure for boat owners during the long summer months of Mediterranean warmth. This Marina is a couple of hours south of Barcelona. It’s not a huge Marina but has a good mix of power and sailboats.

Network Yacht Brokers Barcelona attracted a good number of listing from Sant Carles Marina, one of which finally came north to Port Ginesta Barcelona so that we can deal with potential sales daily. We had a busy day preparing the yacht to leave Sant Carles Marina, as the owner had not visited her in more than one year.

As this Marina is set slightly inland, surrounded by fields and marshlands, fouling is a particular problem. So regular washing of boats in the Marina is essential to keep the marine environment from a residence on your boat.

Jeanneau 39 DS Yacht For Sale Sant Carles MarinaMission accomplished for the Jeanneau 39 DS Yacht we now have for sale in Port Ginesta. We gave her a good scrub for the owner, who then journeyed up the coast to our home. She has a vast inventory, including electric winches, bow thruster, air conditioning, and a neat solar panel system to keep the start battery fully charged.

If you want a yacht with an interior best described as “as good as new”, please follow the link and look at this beautiful example. The photographs in the specification were taken by ourselves when she arrived in Barcelona in August 2021.

Pirate ship for sale Barcelona Boats Information

Pirate Ship for sale

Find a Pirate Ship For Sale? Sure, we have one!

Pirates were never more prevalent than in recent years, as we all followed Jonny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow. One film storyline finds the winds of ill fortune blowing against Jack Sparrow when a deadly ghost pirate Captain Salazar and his mates escape the Devil’s Triangle. They have only one aim and are determined to kill every pirate at sea, including Captain Jack. The only hope for Jack Sparrow is if he is to survive lies in finding the legendary Trident of Poseidon. Not such a simple task? This powerful artefact bestows upon its possessor total control over the seas. Wow, compelling stuff!

Pirate ship for sale Barcelona

We have an authentic replica of Pirate Ship at Network Yacht Brokers Barcelona.

Here are a few famous pirate ships. She is a fake made some years ago as a tourist attraction.

What about real Pirates

You could not find a Pirate Ship For Sale anywhere in the day! They called it the “Golden Age of Piracy,” thousands of so-called pirates, buccaneers, corsairs, and scurvy sea dogs made a living by plundering all ships at sea. Romantic stories of pirates are many. The hard reality is that little has changed in the world. So-called pirates still exist and always will. Pirates will continue on land or at sea, taking from those with the possessions they want.

Were Pirates honourable?

Pirate ship boat for sale in a marinaIt is fair to say Pirates did not disguise ships so much. Perhaps that was more honourable than how a modern-day Pirate can hide behind a computer in a remote location. The reality is the same a modern-day pirate has no interest in rules. They play the game of life to survive with no thought about the suffering of others in the same way barbaric pirates did hundreds of years ago.

Historic Pirates such as Blackbeard, “Black Bart” Roberts, and Captain William Kidd became famous. Their names are synonymous with piracy. But what about the ships they used? Pirate ships became famous used by the men who sailed them.

History records authentic Pirate Ships such as;

Blackbeard’s Queen Anne’s Revenge

Pirate ship for sale below deckThe Queen Anne’s Revenge was a giant pirate ship commanded by Edward “Blackbeard” Teach for about one year in 1717. Initially, she was a French slaving vessel. Blackbeard captured her and made modifications. She became one of the most formidable pirate ships ever. She carried 40 cannons with enough room left for men and loot.

The Ultimate Pirate Ship

Blackbeard often intimidates his victims into surrender. Fights were costly, so this was an economical solution. For months in 1717-18, Blackbeard used the Queen Anne’s Revenge to terrorise shipping in the Atlantic. Blackbeard’s victims rarely put up a fight and handed over their cargoes peacefully between the massive frigate and his fearsome appearance and reputation. He plundered several shipping lanes at will. Unable to defend themselves, Blackbeard was able to blockade the port of Charleston for a whole week in April 1718. He plundered and looted several ships. Eventually, the town gave him a valuable chest of medicines to make him disappear.

Bartholomew Roberts’ Royal Fortune

Wheel Pirate ship for sale BarcelonaBartholomew “Black Bart” Roberts was probably one of the most successful pirates, looting hundreds of ships over three years. He had several flagships during this time. The largest of them was the Royal Fortune. She was a 40-cannon behemoth with a crew of 157 men. The Royal Fortune could slug it out with any Navy ship. Roberts was aboard this when he was killed in battle against the Swallow in February 1722.

Sam Bellamy’s Whydah

In February 1717, the pirate Sam Bellamy captured the Whydah (or Gally). She was a prominent British ship used to transport enslaved people. Bellamy could mount 28 cannons on her and terrorised Atlantic shipping lanes briefly. However, the pirate Whydah did not last long: it was caught up in a horrendous storm off Cape Cod in April 1717, barely two months after Bellamy first captured her. The wreck of the Whydah was discovered in 1984, and thousands of artefacts have been recovered, including the ship’s bell. The ship’s artefacts are on display in a museum in Provincetown, Massachusetts.

If the pirate ships above are unattractive, why not charter your pirate ship? You can hoist the jolly Rodger on any yacht, and you will become a pirate (the kids love it). Why not go out and charter in the Caribbean? Then you will become a real pirate of the Caribbean. (any of the charter companies does not provide plastic swords and guns or the jolly roger flag)

Hallberg Rassy Rasmus Yacht for sale Yachts Sold

Hallberg Rassy Rasmus 35 Sold

This Hallberg Rassy Rasmus 35

Front Hallberg Rassy Rasmus Yacht for sale outsideAn outstanding example of Hallberg Rassy Rasmus is a Blue Chip cruising ketch. She is from the much-acclaimed Swedish Boat Yard. The Rasmus 35 has a traditional long keel. This keel configuration makes her a great passage maker in all weather conditions. Wheel steering and a centre cockpit with a fixed front screen and aft cockpit enclosure add much-needed protection in calmer Northern European waters. This beautiful yacht has had an outrageous amount of money spent on her since 2015, including all-weather synthetic teak decks. Built-in 1978, she has been recently reborn thanks to work recently completed on her.

Accommodation

This Hallberg-Rassy Rasmus 35 offers six berths and two cabins, including the saloon. She has up-to-date navigation equipment, bow thruster, and diesel cabin heating. Early viewing of this well-presented yacht is highly recommended. The forward cabin has a V-berth with infill to make it into a double berth, storage under the berths, an opening deck hatch, and a hanging locker. Aft of the forward cabin are the Heads with an electric freshwater flush marine toilet with black water holding tank, washbasin with pressurized hot and cold water, and shower, all pumped to a grey water holding tank. Opposite the heads is another hanging locker. Aft of the Heads is the main saloon with a U-shaped settee to Port. The saloon has a mahogany interior with light blue upholstery and large windows, making it light and airy.

The upholstery was renewed in 2015. The saloon table drops to make a double berth.

Opposite the saloon is the linear galley with a Spinflo gas cooker with an oven, grill, and two burners—a stainless sink with hot and cold pressurized water, a mixer tap, and a 12v fridge with a freezer box. The saloon has a Flat screen TV/DVD 12v/240v with aerial on Mizzen mast & amplifier at chart table and Fusion entertainment system.

The galley is the navigation station with a large chart table with various instruments and room to store books and charts.

Steps lead up to the central cockpit area with a solid protective screen and canvas enclosure. The central part can be removed quickly when sailing. They are steps down to the aft cabin with a double berth and a tiny portable loo. She has Eberspacher heating fitted new in 2017 with an outlet in the stern cabin, main saloon & forward cabin. The centre cockpit provides easy deck access and is safe to sail from.

Sails and Spars:

Stainless steel fuel tank new in 2017 that holds 240 litres. The engine will cruise at 6 knots with a maximum speed of 8.5. Sidepower 7hp bow thruster was fitted in 2019 by the current owner.

History and Construction:

Ollie Enderlein, a leading Swedish designer of elephant yachts of the 1960s, designed the Rasmus 35 yachtSeven hundred sixty yachts were made between 1967 and 1978. The name “Rasmus” is the God of Winds in Germany. The design of the Rasmus 35 was way ahead of its time. It was the first sailing yacht in the world with a windscreen, making her centre cockpit very well protected while keeping her elegant lines. This was, in fact, the blueprint for the Hallberg-Rassy concept.

The first two Rasmus were built entirely of mahogany, each taking a year to construct. The hull and the superstructure were made of GRP from hull number three.

The Rasmus 35 also has a powerful engine. These essential critical points and the timeless lines make this yacht still pleasing today. She is a timeless classic and will be as attractive decades from now. In other words, this is a genuine Halberg Rassy.

The current owner has continued this restoration but has to sell due to ill health. Well worth viewing if you love traditional long-keeled yachts.

Kum, the Hallberg Rassy 45 Yacht was built in 1991. She requires some work on the teak deck, but down below, her condition is exceptional. For a 30-year-old Yacht, all we can say is that this reflects the loving care of her two owners from new. The current owner purchased her way back in 1996. Sadly he used the yacht very infrequently, always staying along the Spanish Coast. This Hallberg Rassy has never been used for charter.
This is a very reluctant sale by the owner, who will accompany every viewing. Offers will be considered exclusively through Network Yacht Brokers.

Bavaria 46 Cruiser Yacht. She is the four-cabin version offering plenty of space for living aboard. Bavaria was clever in using space, including a bright modern interior. That’s a natural step forward from earlier Bavaria Yachts. Yacht designers intended to gain a very high comfort factor when designing this beautiful yacht. The Bavaria 46 Cruising Yacht has an easy to handled sail plan. The decks are clear, making her an absolute pleasure to sail. She has a surprisingly good turn of speed.
