Amel Super Maramu Yacht Step onboard and sail away on this Amel Super Maramu Yacht. We think you might want this if you’re getting ready to travel the globe. Designed by Henri Amel & Jaques Carteau in 1993, she is an AMEL Super Maramu. She represents a premier brand that became a famous well-found globetrotter. We do have, from time to time, yachts listed for sale that include everything on board. However, she has got everything you might need. We spent time below the deck and enjoyed looking at the impressive stack of charts. They showed many parts of the world. Interior

Some design features are unique to AMEL. Even the gamble on the food bows is excellent. We did like the aft cabin. It is an excellent distance from the main saloon and gives an owner or skipper distance from the crew for contemplation, should it be needed. The below deck is well-kept, and the beautiful yacht is pleasing to the eye. The owner has agreed to leave behind a lovely oil painting of Nice, France. This is on the wall in the saloon. This painting, along with the luxurious fabric replaced when the reupholstery work was done, helps to give this AMEL Yacht an individual feel.

The running rigging was replaced in 2016. It’s a welcome improvement to the look of this yacht. When she was in Greece, we were told the engine was replaced, and at the time, she underwent extensive engineering work. The hardtop offers excellent shelter from the inevitable spray one encounter during a passage. Reefing the yacht is easy, as the primary and forestay have electric motors positioned at the base. This direct power reefing system is a great design feature that has been replicated recently on other brands. Follow this link to the spec for more technical details. Network Yacht Brokers Barcelona has started the new year with a bigger and more professional office! We moved office and are now in the new part of Port Ginesta Marina, where the bigger yachts are, and the sunset is even more incredible! Did you see our old office?

Carlo Riva Motor Boat Desighner Boats Information

The King of Motorboats Carlo Riva Died.

Riva motorboats are 160 years old.

Engineer Carlo Riva passed away. The pioneer of the world’s nautical and patron of the famous luxury motorboats construction company that bears his name, Carlo was 95 years of age. He died in his home in Sarnico, north Italy.

His great success was wood motorboats, ordinary throughout Italy. Indeed, during the Italian economic boom of the 1950s, the Riva was Dolce Vita’s symbol. With its racing speedboats, the renowned entrepreneurs have also gained many records and won in national and international races. We recall some famous names of his creations, such as Ariston, Triton, Sebino and Florida and the most famous, the Acquarama.

After being owned by the American company Whittaker, the Ferretti Group took the brand, an Italian holding company owner of six more brands in the naval industry.

The Network Yacht Brokers Group wants to remember Riva as an essential icon in the “Made in Italy” and a brilliant boat maker. Besides, the next Genoa Boat Show in Italy will be dedicated to him, and it will be from the 21st to the 26th of September.

Carlo Riva passed away, leaving a legacy that will never be forgotten.

The engine is a Volvo Penta 5.0 GXi of 270cv and petrol. Cruising speed of 18-22 knots and a top speed of 35 knots. Interiors very carefully and without wear, of fibreglass and isothermal. Two can comfortably sleep in the cabin, and two children are in the cabinet. All yearly engine maintenance reported by the manufacturer has been performed—the last review of engine, tail and lows in March 2017.

About Sports Cruisers

This boat is known as a Weekender. Perfect for an occasional overnight stay at the weekend. It’s a starter sports cruiser capable of good speed depending on your engine. Sports cruisers are governed by engine size. At twenty-five feet, they suit a single-engine setup. A single-engine will not be big enough for larger boats to support the boat and crew’s weight. Although many boat manufacturers make more giant sports cruisers than Lema Gold, they are not best sellers. From twenty-five feet, the engine size needs to be doubled. Unfortunately, so does the cost, and that’s where the value of an extra foot for almost double the price does not work. Twin-engine thirty-two-footers are relatively small. So realistically, you need to go to thirty-five or six feet for the math to work.
